So my buddy was sitting over near the area where I hit the big buck earlier this year. . He called me this afternoon and said he had found a pretty nice set of sheds. . He told me where he located them. And sure enough it's the set that was on the buck i hit high.. it sucks he dropped early. But at least I know he is still around.

Not to sound like a downer in any way native but I have heard of bucks shedding early do to stress not saying that is why but I read it for sure. If u can keep cameras up so u can try and keep tabs on him through off season if possible either way good luck with rest of ur season bud

Cool you got to see them. I think genes may be a factor as well. I have a few areas where I have found sheds several times over the years the week prior to xmas and the week after while ML hunting.
