Not sure of your question. I have a good friend that had a skiing injury and lost the use of his right arm. Kept right on bowhunting in big steep country above 11,000' by drawing his bow with his teeth...

If you have issues with your legs and being able to walk any distance, there are still options, even in the high elevation steep areas, to get into a stand/blind that is close to a road for access.

Depends on what you physically and mentally can do.

Good luck!

What is the handicap? It has a bearing on potential opportunities

Try rockymountainelkhunt.com who specializes in elk hunts for the handicapped. Might also contact coloradooutfitters.org, contact Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Finally, do a google such as colorado elk hunting for the handicapped and you'll find another couple in CO and also WY and NM. Good Luck
