Meant to share this a few weeks ago. I have got into selling some stuff no longer used or just didn’t like on eBay and getting great prices on some stuff. I sold several pair of binoculars and ended up buying a pair of Ziess binoculars - holy cow what a difference - best I have ever own! The price wasn’t terrible - ziess terra lost camo 10x42 for about $350. I sold some Nikons and Bushnell that pretty much got me enough to cover for the Ziess price tag. It was well worth it - I put binoculars to good use when I am hunting or scouting.

I’ve had a set of Leicas for almost 30 years that I won’t go hunting without. Quality glass makes a huge difference

Several years ago I went to the wheeling cabelas intent on buying the best Bino’s. I had the dough, I just couldn’t pull the trigger on such a high dollar purchase without looking through them.
I looked through every glass they had, multiple times and ended up buying the Pentax DCF’s in 8 by 42’s. To my eyes, they were the best. I’ve since bought leupolds, Leica, Nikon, and numerous Vortex models on sale. But, I have sold or gave them all away. I simply keep going back to the pentax’s. I NEVER hunt without them.
Glad you found what suited you. God Bless

They are as clear as can be and great in low light to almost dark! Heck here the past few days with the moonlight - it’s incredible.

I bought Zeiss binoculars about 10 years ago and I think they are well worth the money. A buddy has Swarovski binos and they are incredible.

After looking thru a pair of 10x42 Zeiss Classic's several years ago, I thought I'd buy a pair. Gee Whiz! I found out I didn't think I could afford them. Years past and I went to Cabela's in Wheeling shortly after they opened. Found my way to Bargain Cave and there was a pair in the showcase for $600.00--less than half retail. Pulled the trigger and I'm sure glad I did. I've not seen anything better. There may be some as good, but I can't imagine anything better.

My wife has Zeiss and she loves hers . Zeiss, Leica, or Swarovski. All 3 are top of the line. I have a Swarovski spotting scope that I use out west and around here for looking at Deer and digiscoping. It’s clear as clear can get.

I havn't been able to pull the trigger on a good set. I know I should. I have looked through enough of the high end ones to know they are better than my Nikon's. I figure once the deer gets under 20 yards I can see him enough to shoot. LOL. I need to pull the trigger on a good pair though

Thanks a lot. I may just do that. It really is worth the investment.
