Dr James Earl Kennamer Scholarship Award. Need some extra cash for college? Who doesn't? The State of Connecticut NWTF chapter will be awarding up to $1000.00 for any qualified high school Senior who plans on attending college. The winner will then be automatically entered to win up to $10,000.00 as a national winner! Sound enticing?
