Trying to decide between these two units for elk. Anyone with experience or recommendations on these units. Pro vs cons maybe. Good luck in the draw.

I live in 23 and there are elk in both units. Payson and Star Valley have problems with them (Towns in 22). Early hunt is a problem getting a tag, late hunt a problem finding them as they are not bugling.
