There should have been some "moose tracks" in the snow vs, elk or deer sigh. Moose droppings on the average are 1 in long and 2/3 in wide. but can vary to 3/4 in to 1 1/2 long.

Nope! Those are "smart pills". Just pop one in your mouth and see how "smart" you become!

Moose droppings are more pear shaped in the winter and have allot of roughage but in the summer are like a domestic cow.

Some interesting insights about both elk & moose droppings can be found here: http://www.all-about-moose.com/moose-poop.html For instance - "A bull elk pellet will usually be pointed on one end and dimpled on the other. These are not hard fast rules, but more often than not true. "

"Property down by Black Forest." There has been a small bull spotted between Black Forest and Castle Rock.

I have seen some really big bull elk on my property, but the only moose I have seen are more towards Palmer lake.

Is this called talking s*$^... lmao.

Looks like deer, look a the size next to the nock. You can't tell me the animal just dropped those out of the sky... lets see the tracks in the snow.

I'm pretty sure that's deer poop. Deer poop gets pretty big in the winter when they're feeding mainly on browse. Lot's of fiber I guess. I believe if you break one open you'll see that they're very "woody". I've found some winter whitetail turds that were well over an inch long.
