I know it's not hunting related and there is a buy sell forum but wanted to see if any of you guys had a son who plays lacrosse. My stepson stopped playing at age 11 to concentrate on just hockey and has his bag full of gear just hanging around. I am going to donate it but wanted to know if anyone might want it for their kids first
Under armor size 8 shoes Cascade helmet Maverik gloves STX shoulder pads STX bag Plus misc other stuff with a couple nice heads and a few shafts
Live in Marion at the end of 495 south or 195 west.

Just talked with Teddy. Such a great guy and will meet up with him this weekend. You know every once in a while I get humbled by a person because of what he does and who he does it for. This was one of those times. I know he isn't the type of guy who would mention what type of person he is, so I am. Thank you for being the type of person I think we all want to be and we all strive to become !!!
I have been fortunate to meet a couple really great people from this site. It makes me look in the mirror sometimes and ask myself what more can I do to help others out. Got a great bunch of guys here !!!

DFA, I'm not a fan of honking my own horn but Thank You for the kind words. When I was in 7th grade I wanted to play ice hockey in the worst way ( played into my 40's before a TBI took me out of contact sports forever) and my family situation wasn't letting that happen, Street hockey was the only hockey I was gonna see on the school yards of Brockton. A man named Bill Flanagan, " Donated" my entire set of goalie gear that eventually got recycled to modern day gear as I could afford it. I was "That Kid" and will never forget Mr Flanagans generosity. That being said, there's a young man in my town who wanted to learn archery, and was in no position to afford it. I "donated" my original Hoyt Polaris recurve on the understanding that when he upgraded/ changed his mind etc he would also pay it forward. When I got the text from one of my best buddies that you had lacrosse gear, the rest is Hx. There will be a child playing lacrosse thanks to your generosity and paying it forward. For that I Thank You on behalf of his Mom. There will be no names mentioned, only thing he will know, is when he's done with the gear, grows out of it etc he is to pay it forward just as we have. In my humble opinion, it's just the right thing to do. Cheers to paying it forward Sir. Karma.
