What happens to res PP's if you move?

My son is contemplating moving out of the state. Will he lose his 11 resident points?

they become nonresident points.

no but most of his species applications just became statistically much worse

Thanks. He hasn't moved yet, and may not. Florida seems like it might be a nice place to visit but, personally, I'd never want to live there. I'm suggesting a trial visit before he commits. I'd have called the CPW, but they are a tad busy this week. Thanks again!
