I think these apparatus have been around for several years now. They'd be nice for handicapped hunters where a ground blind is not feasible.

A scissors lift with traction tires would probably be more practical and go higher up but would have to be a bigger one to be stable enough to shoot out of and maneuver off road. Then again, if they are self propelled they may not be legal.

There's a company out of the Fox Valley that has been selling towable scissor lift stands for hunting for 20 years. They are really nice for disabled hunts.
