Cabela's has a really cool cot I'll be buying if I draw! Granted we use horses n mules ,it's by far the smallest cot I've seen . Folds up around 14"×14" x4" thick, weighs like 9-10 lbs

I carried one of the backpacking cots. Once. I don't know what the hell I was thinking. All that weight and bulk. Never again. Horses and mules is a different story as they are pretty comfy.

I have a small 3-4 pound one. Not sure of the make. Fine to sleep on. Not much good to sit on to put on your boots.

We used to have the Llamas haul in Big Grizzley cots. I think Cabellys used to carry them. They were pretty good for a low profile, break down cot, & not overly heavy ( 8 lbs). There was just enough room underneath to stuff a little gear, which also helped some with insulating & space management. Far better than a pad on the ground. Maybe not so good if you're hauling it on your back.
