For the guys that are upset with the flood of new applicants for sheep and goat.

It’s the number one goal of CPW to increase hunting and fishing participation.

With the passing of the bill, hunters will definitely be funding the large majority of the CPW programs. CPW can now increase application fees, and will.

I am sure there are many in CPW that feel cheated from this last cycle at $3 per application when they feel entitled to a lot more - $10 or $20 would make them a ton more and people will gladly pay that pittance per species to have at least a chance of someday drawing...

Look at the huge impact this will have for their revenue generation.

Would not be surprised to see them making more on the application/point fees than license sales for the tough to draw species in a few years. Money for nothing!
