I always go with the ideal of ,.. if you cannot clearly ID it,.. surely it will kill ya!
I can only ID a few ,.. mostly the ones labelled at the Food Mart! :)

Charlie, that's a monster. How's it been so far this year for picking them in your area. Got 20 lbs yesterday in an hour, best day ever for me. Only found them in stands of old Elm trees.

That's a pheasant back mushroom, totally edible. Not as delicious as that mother load of morel's you found, but still pretty good cooked up with some butter and garlic.

Going back tomorrow for another haul, and will be sharing with the landowner. I made him some before i left and he couldn't believe how good they were. That pheasant back is on the hit list also !
