Just fishing for some info to see if anyone has ever hunted this area. Maybe you got some ideas or direction on unit 23

I've hunted every unit but that one,get a map so you can find water, plan on a good spotting scope and binos. Glass a lot and save your feet. I look at the top third of the mountains that time of year as the bucks will be in bachelor herds eating the best forage until it dry's up. Mostly spot and stalk but sometimes can get them on water. I use this strategy on ever unit and it always produces deer, its up to from there. Good luck
