At least with the new on line system, theres no chance of them getting lost. Kinda also surprised so many got lost being that they mostly only had to be mailed with in the county. No chance of that happening now with a computer making them, puting them in a envelope and the computer delivering them to your mail box from half way acoss the country.. :) Right Perry? :)

Hmmmm, interesting. It's an odd thing those pink envelopes. Without a purpose, they kind of become "gremlin " like. They multiply after July, and they are just as unpredictable as ever where they will be seen.

After extensive research and handwriting analysis from that last one received from KY to the first one in June, I conclude that it's 99% probable it's the same person...lol You could also analyze the fibers from the paper notes as well to confirm to be "dead on bawls" accurate :)
This could break the case for you. Capital blue cross? Kinda telling huh?
We’ll know for sure ......................when the fingerprint analysis comes back from the lab! : )
