Almost straight down shot. About five yards away and he went down at 30 yards. Great way to start the season. Good luck to all

the shot took out one lung and cut the liver almost in half. my wife yelled at me for ruining the liver because she and the grandkids love liver,bacon, and onions. thanks guys and good hunting to all

Congratulations. Since you got the liver and one lung I visualize him facing away. That shot requires you to place it behind the shouder hump. I love that shot. Do you think there was a string jump? Is that a hair loss on the neck? Compound or traditional bow? Tell us more about the way the shot presented itself.
