Unit 43 Colorado

Hi fellow hunter, this is my first year finally going after elk with the bow. I’ve been hunting unit 43 the last week without a single sighting or bugle. Hiked in 3-5 miles each day at various altitudes and still can’t find an animal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated with 5 days left.
