MN Archery Season 2023

Anyone been out recently?

Between hot weather and dodging storms that we never had all spring and summer, I have only been out three times.

Saw 3 small bucks and a lone doe last night, after it rained, twice. Saw dozens of turkeys earlier in the week, that fall season opens Sat.

Also finding fresh scrapes, licking branches,etc. this last week. Very early and I have read it may be a big community scrape or there is a really big boy already revved up.

Any thoughts?

I was antelope hunting the first week and only got out twice this week but it's been hot so that makes me feel a little better. A friend found some really big rubs and scrapes this week we'll see how that works out.
