I am looking for a taxidermist to do an elk. Preferably in Oswego, Onondaga, Madison, or Oneida Counties. If anyone has any recommendations.

Little outside of your preferred counties, but look up Josh Saville Taxidermy in Scipio Center (just south of Auburn). His quality of work is worth the drive for me and I'm 1.5 hours from him.

I'll 2nd Josh Seville. He is limited intake of deer now. He is more interested in birds and creative artistic mounts of varying animals

I called Josh and he is full. I also called John in Seneca Falls, same issue.
