Sorry to say, You can’t score a bear on the hoof. Shoot him and see if he’s +19 or no.

You can't tell that from a broadside pic. Body size has nothing to do with skull size.

Looks like a decent bear. Need a different angle to judge. How many do you have to choose from? In CO, especially bowhunting, usually the bear you get a chance at is the biggest and the smallest for that year
