Yep…hairline crack in the shaft. These are brand new arrows that have never been shot. At full draw this crack would have been up in the vicinity of my face. Lord knows what could have happen had I not first inspected the arrow before shooting. Probably would have shattered and had portions of it lodged in my upper arm/forearm/wrist?

Do yourself and your families a favor and always inspect your arrows before each season and especially before each shot!
