Maybe call the guy that was walking his dog under Blood's stand. I don't see why you couldn't just take your dog for a walk, without weapon of course.

there is a guy that does a drone search. supposedly very hugh success rate and legal in CT. I see this is from a few days ago, but in the future way wanna give him a shot, ill see if I can find his contact.
