Merry Christmas and a great New Year to all who Colorado bowsiters, from one of those NRs most of you hate :)) I spend a lot of time there and know the issues fairly well. Particularly the wolf issue as I live in the middle of em here in Minn., the crowding of public lands, and the ridiculous lion petition starting. I do very much enjoy my time there. But seriously, for a few days here rejoice, find happiness , and enjoy life and family.

It was a very Merry and white Christmas in our house yesterday. And enjoying a fresh 8 inches so far this morning in North Park. Watching a herd of elk doing their thing for the time being until my uncle shows up this week with a plo cow tag. Not like we need to be shooting cows out of this dwindling herd, but he is 83 years old, a non resident, and hasn't missed a year of elk hunting since he began in 1977.
