I saw the NRB met today and it looks like the lowered bear permits will go through.

Well this doesn’t surprise me one bit. I’ve been saying the bear population has been taking a nose dive the last couple years. But let’s just blame it on the natural food sources lol ya right! I wrote a couple paragraphs about the decline in the last issue of On Wisconsin Outdoors, page 19.
