Will be 78 next week & still going strong . Lost another hunting partner this month . Most have gone .daughter says I need another , to keep an eye on me .

Yeah I am a lucky guy. Had a 2 1/2 hr physical yesterday. Blood work was great, cholesterol level at 84, etc etc... of course I am always on a low carb diet, and very little if any beef. Stick to wild game diet.
Got a great partner in Vernon County, and a younger guy, up in the UP.
My friends who chewed and smoked, all of their lives are paying for it now.
Having someone to count on, is priceless

Last nites episode of Naked & Afraid had this gal who was a Crack shot with her bow trying to survive 21 days in Africa. She only lasted 6 days . Good shot but not a good hunter .

Hoot, Ruger, Grape my daughter shoots archery (has been doing so since she was 4) and is physically built like the pics you have posted. Probably wouldn't appreciate any negative comments and can bench her own weight. Boyfriend is a 6' 2" body builder... We are making plans for BowFest again this summer. A lot of girls and women attend those shoots.

Just got back from an estate cleaning. Wife's uncle passed 9 months ago. Today we traveled to southern WI to get the estate ready for sale. I didn't know him really well. He was simple, worked hard, never married with no kids. A lifetime of outdoor gear to sort through. If he liked it, he bought it and I'm glad he enjoyed life. He loved a quality knife and I was lucky enough to get some real gems I wish could tell stories. Decades of belt leather wear and sharpening sure add character.
