1ST SEASON RIFLE UNIT 66 NR

We are looking at unit 66 nonresident for first season rifle and we have 9-10 points. We are looking for 300-335" bulls. We have horses and are able to stay the entire hunt, but we have no experience in this area. Are those expectations still available in that unit with the hard winter last year or the influence of the Colorado parks and wildlife not managing populations well? NOT looking for any honey hole info, just asking about opportunity. Thanks

The Lake Fork heard, unit's 66 & 67, have about 19 bulls to 100 cow ratio.

That is not a recipe for large bulls. Might get lucky and put your tag on one, but chances are slim.
