Comey to Trump: The Russians Didn’t Influence the Election BY EDWARD KLEIN/ December 14, 2016
In telephone conversations with Donald Trump, FBI Director James Comey assured the president-elect there was no credible evidence that Russia influenced the outcome of the recent U.S. presidential election by hacking the Democratic National Committee and the e-mails of John Podesta, the chairman of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
What’s more, Comey told Trump that James Clapper, the director of National Intelligence, agreed with this FBI assessment.
The only member of the U.S. intelligence community who was ready to assert that the Russians sanctioned the hacking was John Brennan, the director of the CIA, according to sources who were briefed on Comey’s conversations with Trump.
“And Brennan takes his marching orders from President Obama,” the sources quoted Comey as saying.
In Comey’s view, the leaks to the New York Times and the Washington Post alleging that the Russians tried—and perhaps even succeeded—in tilting the election to Trump were a Democratic Party effort to delegitimize Trump’s victory.
During their phone conversations, Comey informed Trump that the FBI had been alert for the past year to the danger that the Russians would try to cause mischief during the U.S. presidential election.
However, whether the Russians did so remains an open question, Comey said, adding that it was just as likely that the hacking was done by people who had no direct connection to the Russian government.
“It’s also unclear,” the sources pointed out, “why Putin would have preferred dealing with Donald Trump, who has promised a major military buildup, over Hillary Clinton, who would have continued Barack Obama’s cautious policies toward the Kremlin.”
MOSCOW, Russia (WORLD NEWS BUREAU) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered to send help to President Obama and other Democrats triggered by their party's epic election losses.
Putin made the offer during an interview on Russia TV Friday morning. "As you know, President Obama, Hillary Clinton, and other American Democrats continue to falsely blame us, as well as numerous others for their humiliating loss to Mr. Trump. In America these days being upset about something is called "being triggered" and it has become an epidemic requiring "safe spaces" and therapy to calm those so afflicted.
In the spirit of Christmas, I have authorized the transfer to Washington DC of 10 trained Russian therapy dogs, one metric ton of modeling clay, and a large quantity of soft, fuzzy sweaters for distribution to President Obama and others in his party. Hopefully, this will help them deal with this painful period in their lives."

Also in 2010, Trump buddy Bill O'Reilly said that Assange was a "traitor".
Of course, that was before Assange was politically useful for Trump. Hannity in particular is masterfully playing the role of "Useful Idiot".
And, oh yeah, the U.S. Military designated Assange and Wikileaks as enemies of the state.
"In 2012, Declassified US Air Force counter-intelligence documents, released under US freedom-of-information laws, reveal that military personnel who contact WikiLeaks or WikiLeaks supporters may be at risk of being charged with "communicating with the enemy", a military crime that carries a maximum sentence of death."
In the very next breath, he said "But here's what I've come to realize that is bigger and even more profound, although this could have a profound effect and an altering effect on our election this time...."

By the way, Trump's business ties to Russian mobsters has been known. Heck, Cruz brought it up back in the primaries, but the lib media was so intent on helping Trump get the nomination that they didn't hardly make a peep about it at the time. There was a reason Trump refused to release his taxes. And it didn't have a darn thing to do with an IRS audit.

More than one time during the campaign, Trump himself implied that he was privy to/had knowledge of specific information WikiLeaks had on Hillary. How did he know? Makes the below situation seem pretty credible. And Trump henchman Roger Stone on more than one occasion indicated that he had back-channel connections to Assange/WikiLeaks. Again, makes the below situation seem pretty credible in context of comments that Trump and Stone made more than once during the campaign.

One of the opposition research memos quotes an unidentified Russian source as claiming that the hacking and leaking of Democratic emails was carried out “with the full knowledge and support of TRUMP and senior members of his campaign team.” In return, the memo said, “the TRUMP team had agreed to sideline Russian intervention in Ukraine as a campaign issue” because Mr. Putin “needed to cauterize the subject.”

FAKE NEWS: BuzzFeed and CNN fall for Trump Piss Story That was 4Chan Prank
With just ten days to go before he is sworn in as America’s forty-fifth president, the political establishment went nuclear on President-elect Donald Trump Tuesday with a double-barreled blast of “leaked” “intelligence” reports by CNN and BuzzFeed.
The documents contain explosive, but unverified, opposition research that alleges intel ties between Russia and Trump and also claims Russia holds sexual blackmail material over Trump.
One of the most outrageous unconfirmed allegations in the report claims the Russians recorded Trump watching Russian prostitutes urinate on each other in a Moscow hotel room previously occupied by President and Mrs. Barack Obama.
Now this… Buzzfeed, Cosmopolitan, and CNN got played by 4Chan.
" We have the goods on that nasty @realDonaldTrump with hookers smear… You will be stunned! Stay tuned! pic.twitter.com/TYgiQdtOMb
— Jim Hoft (@gatewaypundit) January 11, 2017"
According to the “leaked” “intelligence” documents: Trump disliked Obama so much that he hired two Russian hookers to piss on a bed that Obama slept on in Russia.
And the liberal media ran with this! Seriously?
The original story was created by 4Chan user.
According to 4Chan these documents were created by a 4Chan user and sent to anti-Trumper Rick Wilson knowing he would act on this tip:
4Chan discussed this tonight:
** Political hacks emailed documents to #NeverTrump jackass Rick Wilson about Trump making people piss on a bed.
** Rick Wilson thought it was real and gave it to leftists at the CIA
** The CIA of the USA put this in their official classified intelligence report on Russian involvement in the US election
** Donald Trump and Obama were both given private sessions with the CIA to discuss this.
** The CIA concluded that the Russians plan to blackmail Trump with this story we made up
The 4Chan users then link to this:
"So they took what I told Rick Wilson and added a Russian spy angle to it.
They still believe it. Guys, they’re truly fucking desperate – there’s no remaining Trump scandal that’s credible."
Then there’s this…
If these journalists were real journalists and not fake journalists then they would have found that the original documents did not conform to CIA or UK intelligence requirements.
US or UK intelligence would never say “CONFIDENTIAL / SENSITIVE SOURCE.”
The Trump-Russia intel document headers are “CONFIDENTIAL / SENSITIVE SOURCE” and the source is allegedly ex-MI6. The US and UK don’t use that header in ANY sensitive material.
Here is more on publishing rules:
It looks like the liberal mainstream media got punked — again.
If this is how easy it is to fool the liberal media then I’m going to have my niece start sending them her Harry Potter fan fictions as long as she writes “Confidential / Sensitive Source” at the top.

From the article:
The Spy Who Wrote the Trump-Russia Memos: It Was "Hair-Raising" Stuff
excerpts:
"The memos noted that this spy's sources had provided him with information indicating that Russian intelligence had mounted a yearslong operation to co-opt or cultivate Trump and had gathered secret compromising material on Trump. They also alleged that Trump and his inner circle had accepted a regular flow of intelligence from the Kremlin."
__________________________________________________
The former intelligence official went to work and contacted his network of sources in Russia and elsewhere. He soon received what he called "hair-raising" information. His sources told him, he said, that Trump had been "sexually compromised" by Russian intelligence in 2013 (when Trump was in Moscow for the Miss Universe contest) or earlier and that there was an "established exchange of information between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin of mutual benefit." He noted he was "shocked" by these allegations.
__________________________________________________
The former spy said he soon decided the information he was receiving was "sufficiently serious" for him to forward it to contacts he had at the FBI. He did this, he said, without permission from the American firm that had hired him. "This was an extraordinary situation," he remarked.
__________________________________________________
The response to the information from the FBI, he recalled, was "shock and horror." After a few weeks, the bureau asked him for information on his sources and their reliability and on how he had obtained his reports. He was also asked to continue to send copies of his subsequent reports to the bureau. These reports were not written, he noted, as finished work products; they were updates on what he was learning from his various sources. But he said, "My track record as a professional is second to no one."
__________________________________________________
"This was something of huge significance, way above party politics," the former spy told me. "I think [Trump's] own party should be aware of this stuff as well." He noted that he believed Russian intelligence's efforts aimed at Trump were part of Vladimir Putin's campaign to "disrupt and divide and discredit the system in Western democracies."
__________________________________________________
A senior US administration official told me that he had worked with the onetime spook and that the former spy had an established and respected track record of providing US government agencies with accurate and valuable information about sensitive national security matters. "He is a credible source who has provided information to the US government for a long time, which senior officials have found to be highly credible," this US official said.
__________________________________________________
When I spoke with the former spy, he appeared confident about his material—acknowledging these memos were works in progress—and genuinely concerned about the implications of the allegations. He came across as a serious and somber professional who was not eager to talk to a journalist or cause a public splash. He realized he was taking a risk, but he seemed duty bound to share information he deemed crucial. He noted that these allegations deserved a "substantial inquiry" within the FBI.
From an NYT article: "According to neighbors and news reports, Mr. Steele hurriedly left his home in Surrey, a county southwest of London, on Wednesday to avoid attention or possible retribution once his identity as the author of the dossier was revealed, first by The Wall Street Journal. The Journal reported that Mr. Steele had declined its interview requests because the subject was “too hot.”

He was the handler for a Russian KGB double agent who sought political asylum in England in 2006, but not before Putin gave him a dirt nap by assassinating him with radioactive tea. Not a joke.
Really josh.....you ARE just kidding us. You aren't THAT nuts yet are you??

Hacker Guccifer 2.0 came out of hiding and posted his first tweet since November on Thursday.
The obscure hacker admits he breached the DNC network in his latest post. He also says the Russia Report released by the CIA is a “crude fake.”
Here I am again, my friends! Check my new post about FBI/DHS/NSA reports & their fake evidence #Guccifer2 https://t.co/Low4v1qCQx
— GUCCIFER 2.0 (@GUCCIFER_2) January 12, 2017
From the Guccifer 2.0 website: Guccifer 2.0 reported:
I really hope you’ve missed me a lot. Though I see they didn’t let you forget my name. The U.S. intelligence agencies have published several reports of late claiming I have ties with Russia.
I’d like to make it clear enough that these accusations are unfounded. I have totally no relation to the Russian government. I’d like to tell you once again I was acting in accordance with my personal political views and beliefs.
The technical evidence contained in the reports doesn’t stand up to scrutiny. This is a crude fake.
Any IT professional can see that a malware sample mentioned in the Joint Analysis Report was taken from the web and was commonly available. A lot of hackers use it. I think it was inserted in the report to make it look a bit more plausible.
I already explained at The Future of Cyber Security Europe conference that took place in London in last September, I had used a different way to breach into the DNC network. I found a vulnerability in the NGP VAN software installed in the DNC system.
It’s obvious that the intelligence agencies are deliberately falsifying evidence. In my opinion, they’re playing into the hands of the Democrats who are trying to blame foreign actors for their failure.
The Obama administration has a week left in office and I believe we’ll see some more fakes during this period.
I guess you have a lot of questions for me. So, feel free to send them via DM.
According to the flimsy intelligence community’s Case Against Russia Guccifer 2.0, the entity that originally distributed hacked materials from the Democratic party, is a deeply suspicious figure who has made statements and decisions that indicate some Russian connection.
Guccifer 2.0 says the intelligence community is deliberately falsifying evidence to play into the hands of Democrats.

good grief.... there is a very "suppressive" feel about all this. Like some KNOW there may be a fire where there is smoke..... and trying to bully folks who smell smoke that it's somehow impossible..... and have taken no measure of the factual history, factual anything really, completely ignoring it.
You want to debate something use some facts and drop the pre teen schoolyard stuff. It doesn't cut it here, or shouldn't... and nobody but the pom-poms give a rats wrinkles..... if it's so slam dunk it shouldn't be any problem, right?
If any of this is true..... are people actually so in the tank they are willing to support and defend it? For the "cause"?
wow. Pogo time.....
Indeed.

Look on the bright side: Pence has actually done some Conservative things in his career. If he ends up as the President, that would be vastly preferable for the country.
Just understand this people....josh is BEYOND any kind of reason. Any attempt to engage him on that basis is impossible. It'd be like one of us trying to teach our goldfish Mandarin Chinese.
So just sit back and watch the train wreck!

My Crystal ball says the current batch of accusers does the same thing...watch all this quietly fade away after Inauguration. This is a last ditch effort by Dems and so-called "Conservatives", that can't deal with the coming reality of a Trump Presidency, or let go of their butt-hurt.

"He bangs Russian people"
excerpt from the interview transcript (audio at link):
“Meanwhile, he bangs Russian people,” Benza fires back at Trump.
“Russian people?” Stern gasps.
“Who are you talking about, Russian people, A.J.?” Trump quips dismissively. “I don’t know anything.”
“He used to call me when I was a columnist and say, ‘I was just in Russia, the girls have no morals, you gotta get out there,'” Benza explains. “He’s out of his mind.”
The only "so-called" Conservatives are the ones blindly defending Trump at every turn and dismissing anything as "fake news" that isn't overtly positive about him.

By the way, the original 35 page document from earlier in the week wasn't an illegal leak. It was produced by a foreign private intelligence firm. And a lot of these other articles coming out in the last few days are based on information from foreign friendly nation intelligence services, not from the U.S. IC.

Instead, dingbat has to keep insisting Trump is a king, that our voices don't matter with our representatives, and we are doomed. His house must be a lowly place.
God Bless men.
Guess I slept through the results of the election. You can't be talking about Trump on all those issues unless you've joined Trax in working for Trump's Ministry of Propaganda.
Also, it is not the job of the President to advance "Christian beliefs". I am a Christian, but Trump has not shown any indication he is, and even if he was, his job is to uphold the Constitution. Period.
Lastly, if you're talking about the media, there is already "equal representation of the 1st Amendment". Trump would actually like the opposite of that. He is very eager to stymie and silence those media outlets who are critical of him. That is the exact opposite of "equal representation of the 1st Amendment".
Can anyone help me put this "bombshell" through the "media decoder process"? Given Trump's history with the Enquirer, I'm really confused. pic.twitter.com/VaxmcrWmjr

From article:
"The BBC reported that the FBI had obtained a warrant on Oct. 15 from the highly secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court allowing investigators access to bank records and other documents about potential payments and money transfers related to Russia. One of McClatchy’s sources confirmed the report.
Susan Hennessey, a former attorney for the National Security Agency who is now a fellow at the Brookings Institution, said she had no knowledge that a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant had been issued. However, she stressed that such warrants are issued only if investigators can demonstrate “probable cause” that a crime has been committed and the information in Steele’s dossier couldn’t have met that test.
“If, in fact, law enforcement has obtained a FISA warrant, that is an indication that additional evidence exists outside of the dossier,” she said."
I'm not promoting that Enquirer headline as true, just asking for input from the True Disciples of Trump as to whether we should believe it or not, since Trump himself set the benchmark that the Enquirer was a reliable news source, and the True Disciples of Trump were more than happy to go along with that at the time since it helped their candidate. Since the headline promotes the idea of secret dealings between Trump and Russia, I'm just giving the True Disciples an opportunity to state whether or not they have "changed their mind" about the reliability of news reports from the Enquirer, in light of this story.
