When you combine Olbermann's mental instability, his temper, his massive ego, and his politics along with his inability to hold a job because of all of those things, no. No one can even come close.
That was a goody for sure.
OTOH, Matthews, as left as he is, is not crazy. Olbermann is far beyond crazy and would probably be in a mental hospital were it not for his fame and his money.
Olbermann goes bat-sheet-crazy every day, to include screaming rants.
The reason he gave for retiring is that because of his 'work,' Trump will soon be impeached, so his work is done.
This guy went from being a fairly decent sports commentator to getting a big bucks political gig at MSNBC (where he was fired for being an azz), to Current TV, which failed and was sold to Muslim state-owned Qatar (Al Jazzera), which then also failed, wherein he went on to broadcast for GQTV where his studio was probably in his mother's basement.
Where Olbermann goes, no grass grows.

The only way Olbermann could get a date would be because some women are attracted to his money.
Other than that, I doubt he could get laid in a cathouse.
