"GOP Rep Gaetz: ‘We Have Email Evidence From Andrew McCabe Indicating That Hillary Clinton Was Going to Get a ‘HQ Special”
by Jeff Poor, 23 Dec 2017
Friday on FNC’s “America’s Newsroom,” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) said a congressional committee had evidence FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe indicated Hillary Clinton was going to get an “HQ special” regarding the investigation of her unauthorized email server and ties to the Clinton Foundation during her tenure as secretary of state.
Gaetz, a member of the House Judiciary Committee, described the circumstances at the FBI regarding the investigation as “extreme pro-Hillary Clinton bias.”
“The Judiciary Committee is engaged in an investigation, particularly as it relates to the handling of the Hillary Clinton email scandal and any potential investigations of the Clinton Foundation and the handling of bribes or other types of improper payments,” Gaetz said. “I can certainly say that my impression after these interviews is that there was extreme pro-Hillary Clinton bias that benefitted her in this investigation and that she received special treatment as a consequence of her candidacy for president.
That shouldn’t happen. The law should apply equally to all Americans whether they’re political candidates or not. And so, we need to institute reforms through the Judiciary Committee for more oversight, for more transparency so that this never happens again.”
He went on explain that it was the committee’s intention to find out if there was a departure from standard “procedures.”
“[O]ur view is we need to find out if whether or not the procedures were departed from,” he added. “And we have email evidence from Andrew McCabe indicating that Hillary Clinton was going to get an ‘HQ Special,’ a headquarters special. T
That meant that the normal processes of the Washington field office weren’t followed and he had a special. And he had a very small group of people that had a pro-Hillary Clinton bias who had a direct role in changing that investigation from one that likely should have been criminal to one where she was able to walk. And so I think that we’ve gotta ensure that that never happens again, that the same processes that would apply to any American would also apply to people who were running for president of the United States." "
Yet on an ever increasing basis, more and more evidence comes forth that Hillary and the DNC DID collude with Russia.
I am not concerned about possible FUTURE FBI fixes and collusion. I am concerned about the collusion that was committed presently and those who benefited from that collusion and will be summarily indicted no matter your last name. Politicians. They leave you thinking you heard exactly what you want to hear but something they NEVER really said.

The Executive Order issued last week, targeting fraud and international corruption, is a who’s-who list of closely associated Clinton Foundation (CGI) donors. Yup, something definitely happening… and using “Global Magnitsky Designations” is as subtle as a brick through a window.

A little background and information on the Global Magnitsky Act:
Trump: MAGA
Are you sure that's legit?
Wonder if, because of the connections of several listed in the EO addendum to the Clinton Crime Foundation, that all the funds can be frozen limiting Hillary's access to her ill gotten gain.
With all the revelations about the Mueller investigation, the impending IG report, etc. that the Democrat Party's war on the 2016 election results may well come back and bite them in their collective asses. I doubt if all the "little people" who did the actual dirty work will take a fall for Hillary, Comey, and even the Obamas.
As said, appearances are worse than Watergate. 2018 could very well be an interesting year and a turning point in this country's history. Time will tell...and not the lapdog media.

Nunes Blasts DOJ, FBI For ‘Failure’ To Produce Records Relating To Anti-Trump Dossier
They continue to stonewall, they should give all of them contempt.
Via Fox News:
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes is blasting the Department of Justice and the FBI for its “failure to fully produce” documents related to an anti-Trump dossier, saying “at this point it seems the DOJ and FBI need to be investigating themselves.”
In a Thursday letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein obtained by Fox News, Nunes expressed frustration that information and witnesses subpoenaed by the committee in August related to the so-called Steele dossier had not yet been turned over. The salacious dossier includes unverified allegations about President Trump’s connections with Russia that he has denied.
“Unfortunately, DOJ/FBI’s intransigence with respect to the August 24 subpoenas is part of a broader pattern of behavior that can no longer be tolerated,” the California Republican wrote to Rosenstein.
Nunes demanded that all records – and available dates for witnesses to testify – be provided to the committee by Jan 3.

Judicial Watch has received via FOIA emails that the FBI found on the computer of disgraced former congressman and estranged husband of Hilary aide Huma Abedin. That Huma forwarded classified emails to the laptop was previously reported, but now Judicial Watch obtained redacted copies of some of the emails, clearly marked classified.
This could add to the pressure on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to order the FBI to reopen its investigation of Hillary’s server and handling of classified information in light of recent revelations that the FBI investigation may have been predetermined and perfunctory.
Former FBI Director James Comey’s infamous pre-election October surprise letter to Congress was prompted by the FBI’s discovery of emails “pertinent” to the Hillary Clinton email scandal.
At the time, I wrote:
As the Hillary email-Weiner sexting scandals and investigations unfold, we are learning that there are thousands of emails that the FBI believes to be work-related correspondence between Hillary and Huma Abedin.
Abedin is saying she has no idea how those emails got on the co-owned computer, and considering that saying otherwise would reveal a crime (i.e. perjury and/or lying to the FBI—the latter is how Martha Stewart earned her stay at Club Fed), that is not surprising.
Comey stated in his letter to Congress that the investigative team working on the Weiner sexting case briefed him on the emails they found to and from Hillary.
In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear pertinent to the investigation,” Comey wrote the chairmen. “I am writing to inform you that the investigative team briefed me on this yesterday, and I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.
In May of this year, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) grilled Comey over his statement that neither Huma Abedin nor Hillary Clinton had “intent” to violate federal law by sending classified information to persons without clearance. Cruz made the point that “intent to violate the law [is] not required under the statute.”
In October 2016, less than two weeks before the election, FBI Director James Comey disclosed that the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server had been reopened after classified emails from Huma Abedin were found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop as part of an unrelated investigation into Weiner’s sexting with a teenager.
The computer in question belonged to her husband, disgraced former congressman Anthony Weiner. Last November, FBI notes revealed that Hillary had been sending her housekeeper emails containing classified information for the purpose of printing them out.
In his Senate Judiciary Committee testimony today, FBI Director James Comey reveals that Abedin had been forwarding classified information to her husband so that he could print it out for her to give to Hillary.
He further notes that no charges were pursued because the FBI could not determine intent to violate federal law.
Judicial Watch has finally obtained the emails via FOIA and has issued the following statement demanding that the investigation be reopened:
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton made the following statement regarding today’s pending 3:00 pm (Eastern) release by the U.S. Department of State of Huma Abedin’s work-related documents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that were found on her estranged husband Anthony Weiner’s personal laptop.
This is a major victory. After years of hard work in federal court, Judicial Watch has forced the State Department to finally allow Americans to see these public documents. It will be in keeping with our past experience that Abedin’s emails on Weiner’s laptop will include classified and other sensitive materials. That these government docs were on Anthony Weiner’s laptop dramatically illustrates the need for the Justice Department to finally do a serious investigation of Hillary Clinton’s and Huma Abedin’s obvious violations of law.
Watch Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton explain:
Nothing to see here. Move along.
Right, libs?

Abedin Forwarded State Passwords To Yahoo Before It Was Hacked By Foreign Agents
Liberal women are soooo intelligent and trustworthy! Ask any of them. They’ll tell you.
Daily Caller: Huma Abedin forwarded sensitive State Department emails, including passwords to government systems, to her personal Yahoo email account before every single Yahoo account was hacked, a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis of emails released as part of a lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch shows.
Abedin, the top aide to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, used her insecure personal email provider to conduct sensitive work. This guarantees that an account with high-level correspondence in Clinton’s State Department was impacted by one or more of a series of breaches — at least one of which was perpetrated by a “state-sponsored actor.”
The U.S. later charged Russian intelligence agent Igor Sushchin with hacking 500 million Yahoo email accounts. The initial hack occurred in 2014 and allowed his associates to access accounts into 2015 and 2016 by using forged cookies. Sushchin also worked for the Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital, that paid former President Bill Clinton $500,000 for a June 2010 speech in Moscow.
A separate hack in 2013 compromised three billion accounts across multiple Yahoo properties, and the culprit is still unclear. “All Yahoo user accounts were affected by the August 2013 theft,” the company said in a statement.
Abedin, Clinton’s deputy chief of staff, regularly forwarded work emails to her personal [email protected] address. “She would use these accounts if her (State) account was down or if she needed to print an email or document. Abedin further explained that it was difficult to print from the DoS system so she routinely forwarded emails to her non-DoS accounts so she could more easily print,” an FBI report says.
Abedin sent passwords for her government laptop to her Yahoo account on Aug. 24, 2009, an email released by the State Department in September 2017 shows. read more
Grassley has written a letter to conspirator Rod Rosenstein, demanding answers to questions about Comey's lawbreaking, but of course Rosenstein will ignore these questions, as he ignores all questions about the DOJ's and FBI's behavior in this matter.
This Committee has previously written to the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation about the memoranda that former Director Comey created purportedly memorializing his interactions with President Trump.[1] My staff has since reviewed these memoranda in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at the FBI, and I reviewed them in a SCIF at the Office of Senate Security. The FBI insisted that these reviews take place in a SCIF because the majority of the memos are classified.
Of the seven memos, four are marked classified at the "SECRET" or "CONFIDENTIAL" levels. Only three did not contain classified information. FBI personnel refused to answer factual questions during the document reviews, including questions about the chain of custody of the documents I was reviewing, the date that they were marked classified, and who marked them as classified.
According to press reports, Professor Daniel Richman of Columbia Law School stated that Mr. Comey provided him four of the seven memoranda and encouraged him to "detail [Comey's] memos to the press."[2] If it's true that Professor Richman had four of the seven memos, then in light of the fact that four of the seven memos the Committee reviewed are classified, it would appear that at least one memo the former FBI director gave Professor Richman contained classified information.[3] Professor Richman later read a portion of one of the memos to a New York Times reporter.[4]
When the Committee contacted Professor Richman seeking copies of the memos Mr. Comey had provided him, he refused to provide them, did not say how many he had received from Mr. Comey, and refused to say whether he retained copies.[5] It is unclear whether any of the memos reviewed by the Committee were retrieved from Professor Richman. The Committee has accordingly not determined which of the seven memos Mr. Comey provided him.
