When I was in Iowa this past fall I lost one of the lens cap covers on my EL 10x42s. I emailed Swarovski last night inquiring how I can get a replacement. Less than 24 hours later I had 4 emails from them with new covers on the way.
“Please find attached your no-charge order confirmation for two objective cover warranty replacements.”
All I can say is wow! What service.
