As far as the questions, considering how the proregressive left and media have addressed the issues raised in the questions, they seem quite fair when presented.

2. Instead, like his ilk, he turns legitimate questions that could be easily asked to any Democrat Senator, Representative, Hollywood actor/activist or CNN/MSNBS type "reporter" to a different vein.
