Anyone who is claiming that Hillary should be in jail for using an unsecured email server, should also be claiming that Trump be in jail for using unsecured phones for discussing classified information. He’s been using his unsecured phone since day one of his term.

nobody is claiming she should be in jail for the server, she should be in jail for destroying the emails on the server after they were under subpoena from the justice department. in other words she destroyed the evidence that showed how she and bill made the hundreds of millions while she was secretary of state.

If any ordinary citizen did what politicians do we would be in jail and that’s a fact. They are crooks being protected by each other. They just committ “oversights” AKA crimes.

Who will go to jail? Easy. Nobody. Best one can reasonable hope for is a public shaming, fines and they "just go away" not to be heard from as they slink quietly into a private life.

Or in Hellary's case Comey presented evidence of what she DID do and then turned around and said that because, "she didn't INTEND to do it then he wasn't going to prosecute"..........WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try that defense the next time you go to traffic court or face the ****ing IRS.
If this doesn't prove to even the most oblivious of us that the rule of law is dead in this country then I don't know what is.
