Friends Passing ......I thought everyone

Hello everyone, It is with sad news that I report, Our Friend for years & years, Mel Johnson has passed away! He held The Whitetail World Record for many many years .... his 'claim to fame' ...... my wife is on the phone now with Mel's wife Pauline. We ourselves will be devastated for a long time trying to accept this. Mel has been a dear friend and his family are the best. ... God Bless Mel's soul and please watch over Mel's family! ....... -}}}}}}}}}}------------------>

Never met the man, but I've known quite a few who said they had. All spoke highly of him and said he was a great guy. Please pass along condolences to his wife.
