Gen-X: offspring of BB's, also called "latch key kids" because both mom and dad worked as career matters to BB's and things were good economically after the stupidity of the Carter years. Gen-Xer's have a tendency to be independent as they had to rely on themselves often growing up. This can explain some of the precursors to parents giving in and giving too much because some of those parenting skills were never taught. Careers are self driven, not uncommon for Xer's to job hop every 2 to 5 years building their own career.
Entitlement: never heard of that one before, probably exists in all of them to a degree.
Millennials: offspring of Gen Xer's. Parents of them make mistakes here because they don't necessarily seek any parenting advice from the parents (BB's). Salaries are way better for their parents than for their grandparents so lots of toys are around (smart phones, cars, boats, nice houses, living on easy street, etc.).
As far as youth hunts go - what did you expect? Flat brimmed hat millennials have commercialized hunting to the point everyone wants to do it for the glory of a 200" muley or 380" bull. More and more people hunt today than when BB's and and Xer's grew up hunting. Youth tags give kids just starting out another chance to get to go since everything is a draw now...
Logical conclusion to liberal progressivism. Why would you expect anything else?
