any group that shows up in a public place and lots of people around with an open carry weapon a mask on should probably shot on sight without question. Let's add that to the bill. If you want to be tough buy with a carbine on you better me man enough to let us see who you are.....

I am a professor. I carry, and the only mask I wear is what the Good Lord gave me.
And yes, on campus as well. It has been legal in KS since July 1, 2017 if 21 or older.
