Is all of the media biased, including FOX and Breitbart?
Or just the MSM?

Not only that..... when you look closely at who they are in the "MSM"..... it's almost incestuous as to their connections with liberal leftist government. Cue "it's a small world after all...."

I would say that all news is biased one way or the other. The problem with the fake news on the left is they create fake scenarios that can actually cause harm to individuals short term and harm our great nation long term. The guys and gals on the right are usually trying to defend and debunk all the lies and false narratives from the left so they actually look tilted more than they are.

I think one thing that hurts the media is the competition. You have many news sources competing for the finite amount of reportable news. That leaves them having to find ways to create "news" from the legit reportable news to "out-scoop" the competition. When that happens journalistic boundaries get moved or stretched and corners get cut to create a story the editors think viewers will watch or readers will click on. Of course the more viewers and the more "clicks" equates to fees charged to advertisers.
Then there are news sources who have an intentional agenda to promote thru their "news". If they can push their agenda and increase viewers and/or clicks...they get a twofer. This circles back to above with left-leaning news sources competing for left-leaning viewers with finite themes. If FNC had some "fair and balanced" cable news competition, you would see their ratings dip some.
