One thing that does open up a question...at least in my mind after reading the FNC story....if the alleged perp lived in the area 4-7 years....did not the locals who knew him wonder if he was an illegal? And if someone did indeed pass their legit concern to the authorities....what happened?

With that said, not all illegal immigrants are murders and rapists. I am a Christian and I know it is not right to judge people based on what others have done because they are the same race, religion, political affiliation, etc. I have to remind myself of that often and fight the the desire to generalize. Generalizations of large groups of individuals will never be hold water.

A friend who owns a farm in S.E. Mn. let go his hired illegal worker several years ago, he knew how I stood on the issue and finally he seen the light with a brush from the Mexican Mafia from the Twin Cities showed up at his door one night looking for his hired hand. Unfortunately, he said that the only help he can get is through the illegal workers and that the youth do not want any part of the labor that is connected with farming, he did get out of the dairy business and went to feeder cattle and cash crop which is far less intense and money losing.
E-verify and heavy fines on the business that hire illegals is the only way to end it, just another form of slavery and the DNC is fighting it as a party of humane.

Miguel Luna, a 37-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was sentenced to 80 years in prison after being convicted of raping two women in 2015 and 2016, according to the Chicago Tribune. A third woman whom the illegal alien raped has since died, though prosecutors revealed evidence showing Luna admitting to the rape.

TAKOMA PARK, Md. (ABC7) — A highly inebriated man set a fire within the Washington Adventist Hospital emergency room, putting dozens of lives at risk, the Montgomery County Fire Marshal’s Office tells ABC7.
It was 9:15 a.m. on Sunday, May 27. Hospital staff found patient Henry Padilla-Martinez, 20, of an unknown address, wandering the halls of the ER. As an employee attempted to guide Padilla-Martinez back to his room, he noticed the drunken man’s hospital bed was ablaze. Staff ran to grab a fire extinguisher and frantically sprayed down the bed to prevent the fire from spreading further.
Firefighters were called to the hospital. The visible damage included burnt linens, melted plastic framing and discolored flooring. Padilla-Martinez’s room was located directly across from the main nurse’s station.

Jasper police have arrested a man accused of trying to kidnap a woman from Gamble Park.
22-year-old Bernardo Castro-Gabriel - also known as Omar Sanchez - is charged with second-degree kidnapping and enticing a child.
Police say Gabriel is an undocumented immigrant from Guatemala. Authorities also say the suspect attempted to lure two teenagers into vehicle before the attempted kidnapping.
Gabriel is being held in the Walker County Jail on a $1 million cash bond. We're told ICE agents are ready to deport him after he answers for his crimes.

The man suspected of killing an Oregon couple in a high-speed drunk driving collision earlier in August is an illegal immigrant from Mexico, The Daily Caller News Foundation learned.
Eduardo de la Lima Vargas, 39, allegedly ran a red light on a state highway in Salem, Oregon, on Aug. 19, striking a motorcycle being driven by Logan Wilson, 34, and his wife Jessi, 32. The collision tossed the Wilsons from the motorcycle, fatally injuring both.
Vargas blew a .10 blood alcohol level on a breathalyzer roughly two hours after the crash, according to a Salem police report. Investigators believe he was probably driving at twice the legal alcohol limit at the time he crashed into the Wilsons, who are survived by four young children.
Following the wreck, Vargas was booked into the Marion County Jail on two counts of manslaughter, as well as one count each of reckless endangering, reckless driving and driving under the influence. He remains in state custody on a $500,000 bond.

An illegal alien living in the United States has been charged with killing a North Carolina man in a deadly hit-and-run accident.
Neri Damian Cruz-Carmona, a 26-year-old illegal alien, allegedly left Jamar Rashaun Beach dead on a Raleigh, North Carolina street after he hit the man and fled the scene of the accident, according to police.
Cruz-Carmona turned left in his Honda car and failed to yield the right of way, hitting Beach on his motorcycle and killing him, police say. Following the crash, the illegal alien fled the scene, according to police, leaving Beach dead.
A neighbor who witnessed and spoke to WRAL about the crash called the accident “horrific” and said it was a scene that she will not be able to erase from her memory.
“I’ve been disturbed. I’m still disturbed talking about it,” the neighbor said. “I’m traumatized. It was horrific.”
This is the second deadly crash by an illegal alien that has left an American dead in less than a week. As Breitbart News reported, Logan and Jessica Wilson were killed on their motorcycle when an illegal alien allegedly hit them. The Wilsons leave three young children behind.

Texas Sheriff: Illegal Alien Strangled Two Police Dogs During Chase

Two dogs assisting a Texas sheriff’s department were strangled to death by an illegal immigrant over the weekend after helping police chase more than a dozen others who jumped out of a truck during a traffic stop Saturday, according to local authorities.
Aransas County Sheriff Bill Mills said the two canines had been lent to the department by kennel owner Joe Braman in neighboring Refugio County, Texas. The dogs were trained to track people with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease who had gone missing, according to a statement issued Sunday.
“Sept. 1, 2018 in an area just north of Holiday Beach in Aransas County, two highly valued canines were destroyed by individuals believed to be in this country illegally,” Mills wrote on Facebook. “While most ‘Bail Outs’ end with detentions after exhaustive searches they do not show this level of aggressive behavior. Serving as a reminder to officers yesterday afternoon that while we are still dealing with individuals who may have questionable immigration status these encounters can turn just as violent as any domestic dispute we respond to.”

Phoenix law enforcement officials say that an illegal alien fugitive murdered two adults and a baby in Phoenix on Monday before he kidnapped his two sons — which triggered an Amber Alert — and fled to Mexico.
The Phoenix Police Department issued an arrest warrant on Saturday for Dimas Coronado, 47, for allegedly murdering his estranged wife, Oralia Nunez Gonzalez, 24, and her roommate, Omar Gonzalez (no relation), 34. Nunez Gonzalez, who was approximately eight months pregnant, died at a local hospital along with her baby.
Breitbart Texas’ Robert Arce, who is a former law enforcement official, exclusively reported on Wednesday that law enforcement officials confirmed to him that Coronado is an illegal alien from Mexico.
“Coronado has a violent history in his native Mexico and was previously arrested for murder, but fled to the United States with his family,” Arce reported, based off of local Mexican media reports. “The fugitive reportedly worked as a cartel hitman and fled to the United States because a team of assassins from Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, were hunting him.”

Young Randy Branum rose to a podium in front of the U.S. Capitol building Friday morning telling the story of the drunk illegal alien who hit his mom’s car, killing his mom, critically injuring him, and critically injuring the offender’s own two children.
Branum was speaking at the Angel Families rally in Washington, D.C., taking a podium that would that day also be held by Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway, former Deputy Assistant to the President Sebastian Gorka, several members of Congress, Sheriffs, and other angel families who have lost loved ones to illegal alien crime.

I was in the car with my mom Shirra Branum. On March 16, 2017 we were on our way to my sister’s softball game when an illegal alien, Alan Mogollon-Anaya hit us head on. He was driving drunk. This was his fourth offense DUI. The crash killed my mom and it critically injured me…He also critically injured two of his own children and his girlfriend.
Unfortunately our sheriff’s department didn’t think it was necessary to arrest him while he was in the hospital. He has been on the run since three charges of child abuse and neglect, aggravated assault on me, and vehicle homicide where he killed my mom. He was also on probation for his third offense DUI and a on bond for a deportation hearing.
We need justice for my mom Shirra and justice for all victims whose lives have been affected by illegal aliens. Thank you for your time. Have a good day.
Branum’s grandmother, Cindy Scalf, joined her grandson on stage and followed him at the podium. “Our world was turned upside-down, our lives forever changed,” she said of the day her daughter was killed. Shirra Branum was 37 when she was killed in Washington County, Tennessee. The illegal alien who ran into her vehicle had a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit, according to Scalf. She said it was the offender’s fourth offense and he was on probation for the third.
“The Sheriff refused the request of the DUI prosecutor at that time to arrest Alan Mogollon while he was in the hospital, using the excuse of having nothing to hold him on until the BAC came back three weeks later,” said Scalf. She described the new law she is championing to prevent this from happening again.
Mogollon remains on the run from law enforcement, Scalf described.
“I have no problem with immigrants being here, but they need to go through the legal process of becoming a U.S. citizen if they’re going to live and work here,” said Scalf. “Then when something as tragic and horrendous as Shirra’s story and our other Angel Families story happens, our country can engage and act upon capturing the offender, bring them to justice.”
“We have to wait til our own deaths to see our daughter again,” she lamented. Mogollon may have returned to his home country and may have traveled back and forth to the U.S. She suggested he may have the ability to communicate with the wife and three children he left in the U.S.
Scalf hopes no one else has to endure what she has experienced and asked, “Please support construction of the wall and penalize those who employ illegals, because remember, this could be you up here pleading for justice and protection of our country.”
The original hit&run suspect fled back to Mexico that same night. She only returned to her job here in Houston when her family was told there were no warrants for her arrest. The warrants were filed the day after she returned to work here in the states and she was arrested and charged.
A Guatemalan national in the U.S. illegally has been arrested Thursday night in Louisiana for allegedly raping and trafficking an underage girl.
Nicolas Asig, 31, of Farmerville, is facing charges of human trafficking, second-degree rape, molestation of a juvenile, and felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and is being held in the Union Parish Detention Center on $1.2 million bond, WVUE reported.
Detectives with the Louisiana State Police received a tip on Thursday about a potential victim of human trafficking.
Officials investigated and were able to safely rescue the victim, a female juvenile from Guatemala who was also in the U.S. illegally, and arrest Asig, KLFY reported.
It is unclear whether U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had placed a detainer on Asig after his arrest, but officials from Homeland Security Investigations were involved in Asig’s arrest.
Police said they are urging anyone with information about potential instances of human trafficking to contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 888-373-7888.
A New Jersey man charged in the fatal stabbing of a 16-year-old girl was reportedly in the U.S. illegally at the time of the alleged crime.
Bryan Cordero-Castro, 20, was charged with murder, weapons possession and attempted escape in connection with the stabbing death of Madison Wells. Cordero-Castro is a Guatemalan native who was living in the U.S. illegally after overstaying his visa, according to the Asbury Park Press.
