A warning for any non New Englanders who come up for a visit, the granite state is serious about cracking down on people who crack down on thieving seagulls! Ha!!!

Kinda similar to society. No consequences for being a thief, unless you are stealing from the Government. They hate the competition.

Funny stuff.
That said, I wonder if my 7 year olds, who's idea of fun at the beach is screaming and chasing sea gulls all over could be considered in violation simply for irritating the gulls?

Will. LMAO! I bet by letter of the law your 7 year old could be fined for harrassing wildlife!!
If he is ever challenged just tell the warden he is exercising the sea gulls

The news I read said that N.H. Game and Fish investigated this. Sounds fishy (pun) to me as all migratory birds are protected the USFWS and feds would investigate this. The state would not have jurisdiction...aw...what the hell am I saying...this is ridiculous.

KS The NH FG would investigate it just like they would investigate dick goose dove hunting stuff They would use the Feds as a backup to put pressure on the seagull kicker if he got pissy with them
I bet this went noplace but after watching some episodes of North Woods Law if the tough wardens showed up anything is possible :)
