Model 70 sleeve lock problem

Does anyone here has a Winchester model 70? I removed the bolt action with the safety in the middle position and it slid out which is normal. I was going to unscrew the action which requires you to depress the sleeve lock pin and turn it to the left. The safety is suppose to be in the middle position but, somehow the safety got moved to the forward position and once the sleeve lock pin was moved to the left it will not move either way. Anyone here know what to do to reset it?

I could explain how to do it but this video should show you how to fix your problem.
