Its Winning a bogus suit that does not come easy.
"...The four plaintiffs, who were identified only with pseudonyms like Jane Doe..."
It was also reported leaked that the DNA results of Putzie were released and he is less than /1024 Native American who tried to register under the name of "Grasping at Straws".
But lets talk about the level of corruption of this administration.
1) Against the Emoluments clause, Foreigners are paying the Trumps. A few days after the 2016 election, the government of Kuwait canceled a planned event at the Four Seasons Hotel. It instead held the event — a celebration of Kuwait’s National Day — at the Trump International Hotel in Washington. This is a payment to trumps coffers. directly.
The Constitution forbids federal officials from accepting gifts, known as emoluments, from foreign powers, unless they have received congressional approval. For you 'so called' Constitutionalists out there.
2) During Trump’s presidency, his companies have pushed to expand overseas, with help from foreign governments. One example: In May, an Indonesian real-estate project that involves the Trump Organization reportedly received a $500 million loan from a company owned by the Chinese government. Two days later, Trump tweeted that he was working to lift sanctions on a Chinese telecommunications firm with close ties to the government — over the objections of both Republicans and Democrats in Congress. He ultimately did lift the sanctions.
3) Trump has visited or stayed at one of his properties almost one out of every three days that he has been president, according to both The Wall Street Journal and NBC News. Like previous presidents, Trump travels with a large group of staff and security personnel, and American taxpayers typically foot at least part of the bill for the trips. Unlike previous presidents, Trump is directing money to his own business on his trips.
In one three-month period last year, the Secret Service spent about $63,000 at Mar-a-Lago and more than $137,000 on golf carts at Trump’s Florida and New Jersey clubs. Again money directly going to trumps coffers and again, against the Emoluments Clause.
You don't care? Ask yourself this. Imagine if Obama did a fraction of this, how would you feel then?.
\
Trump has disengaged himself from operations. He did not fold up his businesses and quit or sell them.
Obama made several shady deals on real estate and "loans" when he was a senator, some of them fell on their sword and went to prison over them. Same thing with the Clintons, Whitewater.... chicken futures...... you name it. These people never owned companies to make their money...... "public service" was what they did. Apparently it pays in the multi millions on the side.......
Thing with Trump....... he doesn't have to take money for Russian influence peddling or "speaking engagements"....... nor make deals with criminals for pocket change, bath houses and "secluded" island "retreats"......
We are in fairly uncharted waters with this particular president, as we haven't had a truly international business man as our president before. That said, he's personally divested himself from those companies while in office (Which is what presidents do), but the company must still continue to operate.
Item #1, the Kuwaiti's in Trump Tower. Somehow you see that as a "Gift"? Nope. When you "Give" someone something, you receive nothing in return, that's why it's called a gift. However, if you pay for something, like, Oh, I don't know, maybe paying a company to use their facilities for a planned event, then it's called a "Business Transaction". Maybe you need to look up definitions of both, because apparently you aren't aware of their actual meanings. But hey, since you're a teacher, I expect you can dole that out as an assignment for the kids. Easier on you that way, although you'll need to do your own research to be able to grade the papers.. (Or not, you could always just o with what you already think you know - and give all the kids a failing grade for coming up with the right answer.)
Item 2 - Is the Trump Corporation supposed to completely stop operations while he's president? Nope. And guess what, large corporations do international work and use international banks and take out loans. And I know this is a shock to you, but China owns some of the largest banks in the world. You do know what HSBC stands for, right? And as for ZTE, of course they have "Close ties to the Chinese government" - so does EVERY corporation, both foreign or domestic in Chine. It's a communist country. They own part of every company that does business there. And did you look at what the requirements were for us to allow ZTE to keep going? And did the timing, and our continued efforts to get China to assist with North Korea, possibly have anything to do with it?
Item #3 - So, if he were staying at the Four Season's or Ritz Carlton, you'd be fine with it? Shocking that he wants to stay where he's most comfortable, and familiar with everything. And people are freaking out because the secret service spent $200,000 on rooms and golf carts? You do understand the costs associated with Presidential travel and lodging, right? Those costs are peanuts compared to anything else, and would simply have been spent elsewhere anyway. Now, if we were paying his greens fees, then I'd be pissed! /sarcasm.
Good grief you're a disingenuous fool.......
