With the economy Obama handed him, he should be at 60% approval, easily.
If Trump actually worked to unify Americans instead of pitting both sides of the country at each other's throats, hitting 60% approval would be low-balling it. Trump is seen as a president only to his rabid 1/3rd nutjob base and that's all he wants to be seen as. He doesn't want to be the president for the entire nation. He has no desire to reach out and compromise. And now this election is a referendum on him. As a person and as a president.
And if exit polls show that Health Care is important. the GOP is in serious trouble. They ran on getting rid of Obamacare with nothing to replace it and a very definite move to get rid of pre-existing conditions.

Regardless of the midterms all of us will likely not see much change in our daily lives. It’s not doom and gloom for either side which ever way it goes. Worship God, Work hard, love you family, be kind to your neighbor, hunt like hell, and respect others and you will have a good life. The rest is all background noise. I’m just not a doom/gloom person.
