Eh other then the raise to 21 years old it doesn’t seem that bad to me. You have to admit that some idiots do need firearm safety training sad but true.

Very RED here in OK. If you have the skills and desire, we are very pro-gun, pro-flag, pro-God, pro-life, and pro-hunting/fishing. Land in certain areas can be easily had for around $1,500/acre. Much more expensive near cities. We are mostly rural but we play football, have nearly legal MaryJ. Hospitals, medical facilities, and oil/gas outfits are hiring. One major downfall.....many of our public schools are very weak putting us in the bottom 3 of the country.

I feel your pain. Nevada went complete full-on socialist these mid-terms. We have a gun grabbing POS governor elect from Vegas, and Heller lost his senate seat to a Kalifornia funded marxist bitch who doesn't see a gun control effort that she doesn't like. I am so disappointed in this state. 17 counties in the 7th largest state in the union, one county and actually a small portion of that, maybe 200 square miles, dictates elections.
Wyoming and Idaho are looking pretty good about now.

In talking to other gun owners in my area; none of us are willing to comply.
I do know that the law will be immediately challenged as many here say it is unconstitutional, and will be overturned. IMO it's always a crap shoot if it goes to court, but either way, most gun owners I know are going to tell them to go pound sand.

Unfortunately, Kansas elected a NRA rated F Dem governor this week. This happened because the Republican party had breakup after the primary and many Republicans voted Dem.

Don't feel alone guys. Illinois elected the gun hating Putz'ger. Rauner sucked, but it least he somewhat protected gun rights. Putz'ger said the NRA would have nowhere to hide in Illinois. Well, he obviously wasn't paying attention to all the counties who have voted to be sanctuary gun counties. Basically saying they will not prosecute or uphold any new unconstitutional gun laws passed and signed into law by the State of Illinois government. I can see a lot of gun cases going before the SCOTUS.

Seems like with all the gun hating govr's getting elected, the NRA may have a chance to get the states' interpretation of (semi-automatic) firearm ownership in front of SCOTUS.
Wasn't there already a ruling by them that any civilian owned platform is NOT an "assault weapon"?
