We were comparing the 1st Amendment Freedom of Religion and 2nd amendment the other day in regards to all persons under 21 purchase, forced cake baking and such.....
In Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission, the Supreme Court ruled that Colorado showed hostility toward cake artist Jack Phillips when it treated him worse than other cake designers—just because of Jack’s religious beliefs about marriage.
