Most, but not all of these deal with loans, something else financial, or Medicare.
A large % of them are being sent from the United Kingdom as the sender's address ends in .co.uk.
Any ideas as to how to stop them?
I set three. This won't eliminate the problem completely, but hopefully it will reduce the amount of spam I get significantly.
I do the same as Jim Moore, got tired of setting rules, identifying spam folders and all that drama.
Three accounts to my phone that I can see what comes in and clear all from the splash screen without opening....
The only thing I can think of is that a couple of months ago I wanted to listen to a game and went to freeliveradio.com to listen because I couldn't find any other way.
Then I started getting little pop-ups in the corner of my screen and couldn't figure out how to block them.
A bit of investigating showed they were located in Cyprus and that it was Malware. I had to use Geek Squad to get rid of them. And that's about the time the spam started.
My old AOL provider allowed for just that.
But I don't see a way to do that on Outlook other than using the 'Rules' settings to send spam from sites with certain letters in their addresses or certain words in their Subject line or in the body of the e-mail to 'auto delete!'

Still, why not take a moment and actually have fun with received SPAM and pass it along to our favorite little proREgressive ;o)
99% of the spam I get has nothing to do with the CF's proREgressives.
Then again, I don't have their e-mail addresses, unfortunately!
I basically ignore all the other crap.
