Local PBS women hunters

Local public TV station had a cool feature on the MADFWs Becoming an Outdoors Woman (BOW) program. The woman reported did great. The male anchor could have been better, but awesome overall to see hunting on TV in a positive light overall.

"Have you ever caught anything before with your bow and arrow?"

Non-hunters ask me that all the time. I used to get mad... I still sort of want to "wise guy" answer with: "yes, but wrestling it to the ground was super hard - they are really strong!"

Now I just let it go, recognize it's the knowledge they have on the subject (low) and help them learn.
