"He's been the chief advocate for warrantless surveillance of U.S. citizens," said Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul of President Donald Trump's nominee for attorney general, William Barr.
The Senate is expected this week to vote on Barr's final confirmation.
"I think that the Fourth Amendment should protect your phone calls and your bank information. People shouldn't be allowed to look at it without a warrant."
Lot of "papers please" type rhetoric and "rights later" type talk from this administration...
Leaks are impossible to stop in the government, so you can bet your bottom dollar they've got nothing on Trump. If they did have something, it would have been leaked by now.
I can't wait!
here, maybe this will remind you ... remember now, when you STOLE Ethans Facebook post and then used it as your own, changing words and saying it was about your "Mother".....
this was PutZ's post
: Your fav poster 05-Feb-19Private Reply The one thing we have backwards is our healthcare. As you can see I just spent $807.96 on the one thing that keeps my mother alive, insulin. These 3 vials will last her 30-45 days. So I’ll have to go back and get another round of insulin.... hopefully at the same price. I’ll have to keep doing so otherwise she will die. Simply put Keep in mind I DO have health insurance, blue cross and blue shield. Pretty big name. But since she isn’t a legal dependent, I pay out of my own pocket as my insurance won’t cover her.
Remember trumps promise? “it will be great and affordable” “beautiful healthcare forall!”
People that are unemployed and have no insurance cant afford this. This system is unsustainable for most low or fixed income folks.
We have been using insulin since the early 20’s. There’s now over a 500% markup in price. This is wrong and needs to change.
and here is Ethan Marquette's .......
Ethan Marquette January 30, 2018 · I love my country ???? but, The one thing we have backwards is our healthcare. As you can see I just spent $807.96 on the one thing that keeps me alive, insulin. These 3 vials last me 30 days. So in February I’ll have to go back and get another round of insulin.... at the same price. I’ll have to keep doing so until I reach my max out of pocket which is $7,000. Keep in mind I DO have health insurance, blue cross and blue shield. Pretty big name. “Healthcare for all” you say, “it will be great and affordable” you say. I literally work a second job to just stay alive!! People that are unemployed and have no health insurance pay much less than I do. We have been using insulin sense the early 20’s. There’s now over a 500% markup in price. It’s insulin, we’re not injecting tiger blood ok. This is bullshit and need to change. #LiquidGold
