What is the story on this pot smoking guy Preap mentioned in article, who won in lower courts and has since won his deportation case??? Trump wins the overall issue at Supreme Court level, but the original pot smoking immigrant gets to stay?? Why??
While it's good that Trump wins any immigration case, I can't believe it's this much of a battle to deport illegal Criminals !! This doesn't even begin to address common illegal aliens who have broken no other laws? How do we reverse the tide and get ALL illegal fence jumpers deported? All illegal immigration is illegal, and should be subject to immediate deportation. Or there is no functional border or immigration law....
