So the ACLU here wants prosecutors to not prosecute for certain misdemeanors and felonies. So now some black punk can not be charged for stealing my property? Wtf!? So I guess the cops purposely find blacks to arrest for crimes?

If you are not going to prosecute, then why have the code(s) on the books. Lets start with taking the petty, non violent crime of shoplifting off the books. See how that plays with Boston business owners.

Sadly what this kind of crap leads to is...."If you don't do your job then I guess we (the people) will have to do it for ourselves." And that, while being necessary, will NOT end well.
