Deer Shedding Question

Please see the two pictures which I believe is the same deer, carrying one side in the first picture, and both dropped in the second. Does it look like to you that velvet is already forming over the pedicle that shed already? Is this odd if so? I have not seen it before. Thanks,

Men,
Look closely. The pedicle looks completely covered over while the other side has a rack still. Doesn't that suggest the other fell off some time ago? The pictures I usually get are the racks fall off pretty close together in time. That left side just appears to me to be "bulbing" already. Thanks.
