Wilderness Unlimited

I was looking around online for potential private property that I could pay to utilize here in CA and the Wilderness Unlimited website popped up. I guess they have quite a few properties in California and Oregon that you gain access to if you're a member. I was curious if anyone has experience with this operation and if so what are your thoughts? Thanks in advance for any info.
