Been going on, 15-years. Each Sept. we have a 5k run with all proceeds going to aid the victims and families suffering the financial drain of cancer. The money is distributed to help pay all manner of bills. and it is dang good thing. Yesterday, was the 15th annual Sherry's Run. Runners or walkers pay an entry fee, there is a silent auction and live music and all labor is volunteer. I don't have an accurate figure but to date, several million dollars has been raised and distributed. It is a good thing and I am happy to participate. This is the start.

Did the run/walk for five years, now help with promotion and publicity. Usually end up spending money at the silent auction. The entry fee is $30 per person and, I think $125 per team. Yesterday, they had 121-teams and I have no idea how many individuals, maybe 300.
